Book Drop Off on Saturday, January 28th, 2012 and all weekdays until February 22, 2012

Book donations can be dropped off on Saturday, January 28th, at the Unionville High School building. Please stop by between 9:30 AM and 2:00 PM on lower cafeteria level, near the kitchen entrance - look for "Book Drop" signage. High School students will be available to assist you with carrying your donations from your car.
Other Book donation opportunities
- You may drop off donated books at all school buildings in UCFSD until February 22, 2012. Please place them in the marked boxes in the school main entrances.
- Book Drop Off - Starts January 30, 2012 at all UCFSD buildings

Our sales are only as good as our donations. We can only sell books that are in good condition. Books that are moldy or smelly, have torn covers or missing pages, or have been nibbled on by the family pet cannot be sold. Please recycle these books yourself.
We gladly accept:
- Items which are in good condition, clean, dry, mold-free
- Books with covers
- Audio books, music, movies
- DVDs, CD's, VHS, tapes with original labels
- Trade size paperbacks, paperbacks, hardbacks
We do NOT accept:
- Items which are unhealthy to handle or dirty, moldy, smelly, burnt, chewed or wet
- Books missing covers
- National Geographic magazines and maps
- Magazines
- Encyclopedias, encyclopedia year books, reference sets
- Reader's Digest condensed books, EXCEPT large type edtions
- Law case, statute, and regulation books
- Catalogs
- AAA Travel Guides except for the 5 most recent years
- Children's board games or puzzles
- Stationary items, notecards, calendars
- DVD's/CD's/VHS/tapes that are missing original labels - we do accept DVD's/CD's/VHS/tapes with original labels.
The Unionville Chadds Ford School District (UCFSD) community is a community of readers who donate a large amount of books and a large variety of book genres. We would like to thank our school community of UCFSD for their donations - without them this sale would not be possible.
Tax Information
Tax reciepts kindly provided only for "significant donations" (over $250 used resale pricing) in accordance with IRS regulations. Please email our Chairperson to schedule the drop off at the high school of a "significant donation" ahead of time. The Unionville High School PTO is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
